I look at this magnet everyday and just can't help but chuckle. So precious.

Erin: My passions in life are yoga, health, and wellness. Although these are fairly recent additions to my life, I've become quite fascinated with the role of overall well being in everyday life. I'm constantly reading and researching yoga and wellness related topics and feel inspired to write about them too. A lot of what I write are journal entries ranging from 2009 to the present. Nothing is in a specific order. It's more about when I think it's appropriate to publish certain entries.
